This Privacy Policy explains how 1515 Capital ("Mode," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Mode mobile app (the "App"). Mode builds and adapts personalized sprint and track training plans.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the email and basic identifiers those services provide. Authentication is handled by our provider, Supabase.
Health and fitness data. To personalize and adapt your training, the App reads health metrics from Apple Health (HealthKit) with your permission. These may include heart rate variability (HRV), sleep, and resting heart rate. You also provide training inputs directly, such as personal records, lifts, jump heights, body metrics, your training schedule, and daily readiness check-ins. We store your logged workouts and performance.
Subscription and purchase data. When you subscribe, the purchase is processed by Apple. We and our paywall provider (Superwall) receive your subscription status and related transaction information. We never receive your full payment card details.
Usage and device data. We collect analytics about how you use the App (events, screens, feature usage) and basic device information (device model, OS version, app version, and identifiers) through our analytics provider, PostHog.
Health data accessed through HealthKit is used only to provide and personalize the App's training features. We do not use HealthKit data for advertising or marketing, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own purposes. You can review or revoke the App's Health permissions at any time in the Apple Health app.
The App includes an AI coaching feature. To generate coaching responses and plan suggestions, your relevant training context (such as your goals, schedule, recent sessions, and the messages you send the coach) is sent to our third-party AI provider (OpenAI) for processing and returned to you. We do not authorize this data to be used to train third-party models, and we limit the personal identifiers included.
